Cascade Complex Update Total: 287,809 acres, 30% contained
The Level 3 Mandatory Evacuation for Yellow Pine, Johnson Creek, and Warm Lake residents remains in place and Warm Lake, South Fork, Landmark, and Lick Creek Roads are closed. Burning conditions are allowing firefighters to take a more direct approach in managing fire. Fire remains very active in the area and burned some power poles yesterday, causing Idaho Power to disconnect service after activating lines just yesterday.
