WEATHER:

An upper level high pressure over the Great Basin will expand toward the northwest, bringing more typical hot and dry conditions today through the rest of the upcoming week. Southwest flow aloft over the fire will deflect any threat of monsoonal moisture and thunderstorms well south and east of the fire area. The forecast for today calls for partly cloudy with a maximum temperature of 81-85 degrees, humidity with a minimum of 28-32%, with winds south 3-5 mph in the morning, becoming west 6-8 mph this afternoon with gusts of 16-20 mph.
