Current Status: An uncontained portion of the fire's perimeter is in inaccessible terrain (100% slope) where it is not safe for firefighters to work. The area was flown today utilizing infrared equipped aircraft to monitor any fire activity. There has been no movement of the fire reported in this area for several days, therefore no remaining fireline to build is being reported.
Evacuations: None.
Highway, Road and Area Closures: Highway-1 is open. Nacimiento-Fergusson Road is closed. South Coast Ridge Road is closed from Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd to Willow Creek Road. Limekiln State Park is closed.
Weather: A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for the area through Sunday.
Agencies: This incident is being managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
