Incident: Lime Complex Wildland Fire

Cal Trans has re-opened Highway 36, however travelers are advised to use extreme caution when driving through the fire area as smoke may cause limited visibility. The Wildwood Road (Road 302) is open to all traffic. The Yolla Bolly Wilderness has been closed to public use in order to provide for public safety and facilitate fire fighting efforts.
Drivers are advised to use headlights on low beam, and or driving lights such as fog lamps. Slower speeds advised, watching for fire engines, heavy equipment, and fire fighters on foot. Due to limited visibility and erratic smoke concentrations, please use extreme caution.
