Press Release--Lindbergh Lake Fire 75% Contained

July 25, 2008, 4:30pm, Condon, Montana - Fire officials announced today that the Lindbergh Lake Fire is 75% Contained. The extreme terrain continues to challenge firefighters and increasing temperatures are expected for the weekend. "It's a very messy burn," said Dave Poukish, Incident Commander. "I stopped on the line where it tied into a cliff. It's very impressive," he added.

Members of the public traveling in the area should stay aware of road and area closures while fire crews continue to work on the fire.
