Size: Estimated at 8598 acres
Narrative: The weather forecast for today is similar to the one from yesterday, with the largest concern being strong and shifting winds. As the inversion lifts and the fire becomes active again crews will be concentrating their activities on eastern edge of the fire as it moves along the Highway 12 cooridor.
Road Closure Change:
The Montana Department of Transportation has CLOSED the Fish Creek Road from Interstate 90 (Fish Creek exit) to Highway 12 (at Mile Marker Six) and also Graves Creek/Petty Creek Road until further notice.
