Incident: Shasta-Trinity N. F. Prescribed Prescribed Fire

Trinity River Management Unit: The unit will be burning hand piles today, November 8, 2011, in the following areas: Bonanza King Road and TRCC Roads for approximately 10 acres. For additional information, please contact Pat Butler at 530-623-1788.
Shasta McCloud Management Unit: The unit will continue burning machine piles today, November 8, 2011, at Davis Timber Sale and Red Hill Timber Sale for approximately 450 acres. The Siskiyou Air Quality Management District limits burning today on these sites from 1000-1500. Piled material is covered and dry and consuming rapidly.
