West Riverside Fire Nears Full Containment

Firefighters on the West Riverside Fire are waiting until after the forecast wind events this week to call it 100% contained. Since the Type 2 Incident Management Team departed last week, hand crews, engines and some heavy equipment have been working on mopping up hot spots, reinforcing lines, and performing rehabilitation of some areas. Unless significant events occur, this will be the final posting of information to the Inciweb.
