Incident: Tecolote Wildfire
Released: 6/23/2010
· TECOLOTE FIRE: The Tecolote Fire is continuing to hold at 812 acres and 70 percent containment. Crews on the fire will continue to mop up and monitor for the next couple of days. A one and a half acre wildfire start yesterday in Hyde Canyon was a good reminder that the Santa Fe National Forest is in Stage One Fire Restrictions as the fire danger level remains high throughout the Southwest. Predictions for a 30% chance of rain Thursday and Friday could bring some much needed moisture to the area. For more weather information visit http://www.srh.noaa.gov/abq/
