Order No. F09-018-LOLO-D6 LOLO NATIONAL FOREST Bldg.24, Fort Missoula Missoula, Montana 59804-7297 FOREST SUPERVISOR'S ORDER Pursuant to Title 36 Code of Federal Regulations 261.50(b), the following act is prohibited as described below with the Seeley Lake Ranger District of the Lolo National Forest. These restrictions are in addition to those enumerated in Subpart A, Part 261, Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations, and become effective August 4, 2009 and will remain in effect until rescinded. 36 CFR - National Forest System trails It is prohibited to be on the trail. (36 CFR 261.55a).

The closure cited in this order is to provide for the public's safety during the Yellowjacket Creek Fire.

Description of Closed trail: Fenn Mountain trail number 88, shall be closed from MP 0.00 to MP 5.1, starting in Section 3, T. 16 N., R. 12 W. Exemptions: Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order: 1. Persons with a permit issued by a forest officer specifically authorizing the prohibited act. 2. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of an official duty.
