North Umpqua River and Trail Closures Lifted

The closure of the North Umpqua River from Bogus Boat Ramp to Thunder Creek was lifted Monday, August 17th. The closure of the corresponding segment of the North Umpqua Trail was also lifted. Also on Monday, ODOT crews removed all barriers to parking along HWY 138 from Susan Creek Campground to Steamboat Creek Road.
Remaining closures include Fall Creek Picnic Area; Williams Creek, Bogus Creek, and Scaredman Creek Campgrounds; FS Trails 1513 and 1514; Roads 4710 and 480; Canton Road, East Fork Rock Creek Road, and Miller Creek Road; and an area closure on BLM land west and north of the fire area.
