Where: South Fork Middle School, 5225 Kelso Valley Road
The meeting will include an update on the current fire status and a question and answer session for the Piute Fire burning in the area of Kelso Creek.
Representatives from County Supervisor McQuistion's office, Kern County Fire Department, Kern County Animal Control, Kern County Office of Emergency Services, Kern County Sheriff's Office, California Highway Patrol, Bureau of Land Management and the Pacific Northwest National Incident Team 2 will be in attendance.
