Dillon Trail Closure Order 08-05-652
Going into or being upon Dillon Creek Campground, SW ¼ of Section 28, T. 14 N., R. 6 E., Humboldt Meridian (HM), as shown on Exhibit A. 36 CFR 261.52(e)
Being on the National Forest System roads listed below and shown on Exhibit A:
1. Forest Road No. 14N39 from its intersection with Highway 96 in the SW ¼ of Section 22, T. 14 N., R. 6 E., HM, northwest to its termination in the NW ¼ of Section 13, T. 14 N., R. 5 E., HM.
2. Forest Road No. 14N69 from its intersection with Highway 96 in the SW ¼ of Section 28, T. 14 N., R. 6 E., HM, south to its intersection with Forest Road No. 13N13 in the NE ¼ of Section 7, T. 13 N., R. 6 E. HM.
3. Forest Road No. 13N35 from its intersection with Forest Road No. 14N69 in the SW ¼ of Section 33, T. 14 N., R. 6 E., HM, then southwest to its intersection with Forest Road No. 14N21 in the NW ¼ of Section 11, T. 13 N., R. 5 E., HM.
4. Forest Road No. 15N19 from its intersection with Highway 96 in the SE ¼ of Section 7, then west to its termination in the SW ¼ of Section 21, T. 15 N., R. 5 E. HM.
5. Forest Road No. 15N38 from its intersection with Highway 96 in the SW ¼ of Section 17, then west to its termination in the NW ¼ of Section 30, T. 15 N., R. 7 E. HM.
36 CFR 261.54(e).
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order.
1. Persons with a permit from the Forest Service specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission.
2. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
These prohibitions are in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A.

A violation of these prohibitions is punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000 for an individual or $10,000 for an organization, or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
