Update on X Fire, April 30, 6 AM

I do not have a new estimate on acres or containment yet. We won't have a new estimate until firefighters can evaluate the X Fire in the daylight.
Current size -- 2,000 acres
Current containment -- 0 percent
Firefighters made progress overnight because of lighter winds and higher humidity levels.
The challenge for today is going to be continued high winds and dry conditions.
Two of the four Hotshot crews that were ordered have arrived and will begin work this morning.
An additional dozer has arrived bringing the total to three.
Fire managers are optimistic that they will be able to hold the fire lines that were established overnight.
I will provide additional information as it becomes available.
