Evacuations Lifted for Fawnskin as of 6:00 pm, Wednesday Sept. 19. Highway 38 from the Dam to the Discovery Center will be open to residents only with proof of a physical address. PO Boxes are not acceptable proof. A utility bill is acceptable.
Highway 38 from the Big Bear Dam will open to all travelers about 6 pm Thursday September 20.
