Coi MT Transitions With Type 3 Team

The Central Oregon Incident Management Team (COIMT) will be transitioning with a local Type 3 incident management team today. The Type 3 team will assume command of the GW Fire at 6 am tomorrow. Mike Appling is the Incident Commander for the Type 3 team. This will be the last Update released from the COIMT.
