Evacuation Level 3 Lifted for Black Butte Ranch

The Level 3 Evacuation was reduced to Level 2 Evacuation this afternoon allowing Black Butte Ranch residents and visitors to return. The notification was given at a Community Meeting this afternoon at the Red Cross Evacuation Shelter.
