On 7-15-06 at 12:00 hrs. the evacuation declaration for the Morongo Valley was lifted, the general public may re-enter the area with no restrictions. The evacuation declaration for the Rim Rock area is still in effect and closed to the general public, land owners with I.D.s will be permitted into the area.
