The mandatory evacuation of Hobo Gulch Road south to Helena has been lifted as of 0600 10/10/06. The Trinity River remains closed between Skunk Point Campground on the east and Whites Bar Day Use Area on the west. Except for residents, travel is prohibited on Big French Creek, Canyon Creek, and Hobo Gulch Roads. The Shasta-Trinity National Forest General Forest Area Closure remains in effect.
