Current interagency information, updates, and accomplishments about fire rehabilitation, recovery, and restoration efforts, are now posted on the Central Washington Fire Recovery website at http://centralwashingtonfirerecovery.info/.

This website serves as a central information resource for the many cooperating federal, state, county, and city agencies that coordinate and work together for the recovery of the burned areas following wildfires in Central Washington.

This website contains information about the wildfires, flood preparedness, emergency actions to prevent erosion and flooding, future volunteer opportunities to assist with the recovery efforts, links to other agency websites, brochures, recovery updates, and other information that describes the after-fire effects to the landscapes and potential impacts to the public.

Please visit this website and become familiar with the activities and resources that contribute to the recovery of the burned areas of Central Washington.

The BAER Team assessed post-fire watershed conditions for the following Septmber 2012 Central Washington Wildfires: 1) Okanogan Complex @ 6,169 acres (100 miles north of Wenatchee, WA): http://inciweb.org/incident/3261/; 2) Goat Fire @ 7,378 acres (60 miles northeast of Wenatchee, WA): http://inciweb.org/incident/3277/; 3 Wenatchee Complex @ 56,478 acres (2 miles west of Wenatchee, WA): http://inciweb.org/incident/3258/; 4) Table Mountain Fire @ 42,312 acres (25 miles southwest of Wenatchee, WA): http://inciweb.org/incident/3269/; and 5) Yakima Complex @ 2,300 acres (40 miles southwest of Wenatchee, WA): http://inciweb.org/incident/3256/.
