The Antelope Fire is now fully contained. It burned a total of 650 acres west of Big Sage Reservoir in the Jacks Butte Area on the Devil's Garden RD. C & F reservoir campgrounds and forest roads are now opened to the public but caution is advised as fire equipment and personnel will continue working in the area.
The Central Coast Interagency Incident Management Team 7, is preparing to transition to a Type 4 organization on Monday, August 27, 2012 at 6:00 am.

Some smoldering near the fire line and unburned interior. Smoldering continues to decrease with effective mop up efforts.
