The fire started near the top of the mountain and spread out in all directions day by day.  The map is an irregular bull's eye with different colors for each day's growth.

Tuesday, August 8, 2012. This is the last report for the Neighbor Mountain Fire. The fire is now out. The fire covered an estimated 2,138 acres. The lightening-ignited fire was first reported on June 26, 2012 at approximately 6:40 a.m.
