Incident Overview

On 01/28/2010 at 1215 hours, the Natchez Trace Fire Crew conducted a prescribed burn at milepost 250 on the eastside of the parkway (the Blackbelt Restoratation East Burn Unit). All operations when well and 38 arces were treated during this burn. Burn objectives were reduct the natural fuels and to try and restore the area to a prairie like area.
