Summary
Approximately 23 wildland fires resulted from the Saturday June 21 lightning storm. Due to firefighter's quick response all of the wildfires were contained by June 24. Most of these fires were north of Georgetown and between Highway 50 and Highway 88. One fire, the Soldier fire, was north of Highway 50 and visible from the highway.Basic Information
